How much is shipping?
I charge a flat $8.99 for shipping. If you want to ensure a signature is required, I charge a flat $13—which includes both standard shipping and a signature required upon delivery.
Live in San Francisco? Select the pickup option at checkout and I will work with you to schedule a time to pick up your piece(s).

How long will my order take to ship?
I will pack and ship your item(s) within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Delivery times will vary based on distance from San Francisco.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

What happens if my piece breaks in the mail?
Oh no! While I do my best to package each piece as tightly as possible, items may break during transit. If this happens, please contact me with a photo and we can discuss what can be done.

What is your return policy?
I hope that you love your piece as much as I do! All sales are final, so no returns or exchanges are possible at this time. If the item arrives damaged, please send me an email and photo and I will work with you to see what can be done.
Each piece is hand-made and unique. Slight imperfections are normal, please refer to the pictures and descriptions of the products for details.

Item Sold Out While I Was Buying
All of my pieces are unique and availability is limited. The shop is designed on a first come first serve basis and reservations are not possible.

Care & Use
All pieces are microwave and dishwasher-safe. However, hand washing is always recommended. Please wash your piece immediately after each use in order to avoid stains.
All of the materials and glazes used are food safe.
To prevent thermal shock, do not put boiling hot liquids into a cold ceramic piece. The temperature difference may cause the ceramic to crack.
Do not soak in water for a long time. These recommendations will help maintain your bean ceramics piece.
